Terms of Service
Last updated: April 9, 2026
Please read these terms of service ("terms of service", "terms") carefully before using Adnab website (“website”, "service") operated by Cape Adnab Consulting (Pvt) Ltd ("us", 'we", "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave the website accordingly. Cape Adnab Consulting (Pvt) Ltd only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.
2. Age restriction
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use this website. By using this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. We assume no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account email and data. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address it accordingly.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in our sole discretion.
6. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Overage Policy
6.1 Subscription Plans
Adnab offers multiple subscription tiers, each with defined attendee limits per event. Your first event is free. Subsequent events require an active subscription. Full pricing details are available on our Pricing page.
6.2 Attendee Tier Limits
Each subscription plan includes a maximum number of attendees per event based on your selected tier. If the number of registered attendees for an event exceeds your tier limit, an overage charge will apply.
6.3 Overage Billing
When an event exceeds its attendee tier limit, an overage charge is calculated as the price difference between your current tier and the next tier that accommodates your actual attendee count. This charge is applied automatically after the event ends and is based on the peak attendee count recorded during the event.
6.4 Overage Notifications
If your event exceeds its attendee limit during registration, we will send an email notification to the account owner and administrators. Additional notifications may be sent if the attendee count crosses into a higher tier. These notifications are informational and do not require immediate action — the overage invoice is issued after the event concludes.
6.5 Payment Terms for Overage Invoices
Overage invoices include a secure payment link that expires 14 days after issuance. Payment must be completed before the link expires. If payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to suspend your account or restrict access to platform features until the outstanding balance is settled.
6.6 Waiver of Overage Charges
Adnab reserves the right to waive overage charges at its sole discretion. Overages may be automatically waived if your subscription is upgraded to a tier that covers the actual attendee count before the overage invoice is processed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Updates will be made on this page.
